Bottomer's natural sense of humour belies his enormous amount of
experience as a four times, undefeated, Tango World Supreme Champion,
British salsa and merengue championship coach and adjudicator, All-England
Professional Ballroom Championship Grand Finalist, World Exhibition
Dancer, International Author and Lecturer, top coach and Championship
Adjudicator.
Paul is a specialist in Cuban-Miami, Los Angeles and Colombian styles
of salsa including the much-sought after Colombian Pachanga. Paul
is the principle advisor on salsa to the British association of
teachers of dancing.
Paul is recognized by the British Dance Council and World Dance
& Dance Sport Council and is one of Britain's only two five
star members of the International dance organisation.

Krissy |

Krissy is one of the most popular and versatile teachers on the Dance Matrix team, regularly teaching Ballroom and Latin American, Cuban-Miami and Los Angeles styles of Salsa and, of course, her personal favourite, Tango. Krissy has a particular affinity with beginners making classes and personal lessons a fun learning experience while more experienced dancers benefit from her clarity and attention to those little details that define a good dancer.

Maria |

 Having
appeared at the Paris Salsa Congress and taken a leading role in
the Salsa musical "Something Hot", Maria is now one of
the young, hot, rising stars of the UK Salsa scene.
Trained by Paul and oozing with natural talent, Maria's much admired
style is infused with a rhythmic fusion of street Salsa that combines
femininity, fun and funk in one of today's most dynamic and exciting
styles.
Fans are delighted that Maria now teaches with Paul at our regular
Thursday Night CLUB SALSA FM featuring the best of Salsa, Reggaeton
and R&B.

Justin |

Justin joined Dance Matrix Salsa in 2006 and, having been trained by Paul, the
teaching Team in 2007. Justin is always in the thick of it, whether teaching along
side D’Neez at our busy Sunday classes or with Maria at our friendly Thursday
option. A patient and supportive approach underpinned by a detailed understanding
of good technique make Justin appreciated as a teacher and in demand as a partner
at our weekly Salsa parties. We're delighted that Justin has been awarded Dance
Matrix Rising Star Salsa Teacher 2008.

Denise

 Trained
by Paul Denise is one of the most experienced and popular members
of our teaching team and now features on our Sunday salsa night
in Southgate.
Denise has guided many of our current salseros from their first
steps through pre-intermediate level and beyond. Denise is
recognised as a qualified dance teacher by the British Dance
Council, International Dance Organisation and World Dance
& Dance Sport Council.

Steve |

Like
many Salseros, Steve was first inspired by Paul's Salsa classes,
the music, the friendliness and the fabulous atmosphere. Since
those early days, Steve has become a welcome and popular arrival
at many Salsa Clubs.
Now,
as Steve joins the
Southgate team as featured DJ, he says
"It really does feel like coming home. I'm delighted to be
joining the Dance Matrix and looking forward to my new role."
Steve will be dropping in from time to time to play his fab mix of great Salsa
with a hint of Bachata, Merengue, R&B and Regueton at our regular events.
